Job Summary

Responsible for creating visual communications such as advertisements, branding, and publicity materials. This role involves liaising with marketing teams to develop concepts, graphics, and layouts, making decisions on fonts and images, preparing drafts, incorporating feedback, and ensuring high-quality final outputs. The Graphic Designer will also stay updated with design trends and software.

Must Have

  • Graduate degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or relevant fields.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design or similar roles.
  • Excellent IT skills, especially with design and photo-editing software.
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, PremierPro, Figma.
  • Experience in animation, image management, photomontages, typography hierarchies, Motion Graphics.
  • Able to travel occasionally both domestically and internationally.

Good to Have

  • Experience in the gambling industry is a plus.
  • Experience or interest in sports is a plus.

Job Description

Graphic Designer

Responsible for creating visual communications such as advertisements, branding, and publicity materials.

What You'll Do:

  • Liaising with the Marketing Director, Brand Manager, Marketing Project Managers, and other relevant roles to determine their requirements and
  • Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and readers’ needs.
  • Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
  • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
  • Keeping internal clients up to date, listening to and acting on feedback, and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
  • Keeping up to date with design and software trends.
  • Liaising with external partners or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.

Authorization for the Processing of Personal Data – Candidates

(hereinafter “RSI”), a company legally constituted in accordance with Colombian regulations, identified with NIT. 901.135.239-1, domiciled in the city of Bogotá D.C., (ii) whoever represents its rights in the future, its successors or assignees, (iii) its controlling companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, (iv) as well as the other companies that make up the Rush Street Interactive Group internationally (hereinafter “RSI Group”); to process my personal data in accordance with the provisions of RSI's Personal Data Processing Policy and other RSI policies and programs that regulate the matter.

2. In this sense, by means of this, I give my prior, clear, express and informed authorization to RSI to collect, store, compile, process, distribute, use, circulate, maintain availability, access, delete, update, transmit and/or transfer nationally and/or internationally, and in general, directly or indirectly process all my personal information that I reveal in the recruitment and selection process, and all that which I must reveal in the future to RSI and other companies of the RSI Group or are directly obtained by RSI through home visits, background checks and/or medical examinations, among others, such as, for example, name, identity document number, age, date of birth, address, email, cell phone, sex, nationality, language, contact details through social networks such as LinkedIn, information related to my education and/or employment history, family environment, including eventually sensitive data such as, but not limited to, photographs, videos and medical information, for the following purposes:

(i) Request the resume and attached documents for evaluation within the recruitment and selection process; (ii) Communicate by any contact means provided when required to continue with the selection process; (iii) Verify background, personal information, work and professional experience as part of the selection process; (iv) Keep a record of the people who applied in each selection process and their results; (v) Report information to the competent authorities if required; (vi) Verify the information in compliance with current regulations such as those related to the requirements for the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing; (vii) Maintain and dispose of the information in databases where RSI can contact me for other selection processes; and (viii) Any other purpose directly related to the recruitment and selection processes carried out by RSI.

3. Likewise, I declare to understand and accept that the processing of my personal data by RSI may be carried out from the technological platforms available to the RSI Group internationally such as, but not limited to, Greenhouse and Checkr, which will be functionally administered by national or foreign third parties, data processors and/or sub-processors, in accordance with applicable legislation.

4. Likewise, I understand that I have the right to know, update and rectify my personal data in accordance with the procedures provided in RSI's Personal Data Processing Policy; request proof of this authorization; be informed of the uses being given to my information, upon request; file complaints with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce; revoke the authorization and/or request the deletion of the data when this processing falls within the causes established in literal e) of article 8 of Law 1581 of 2012; and access my personal data free of charge.

6. I have been informed that the processing of my personal data will be carried out in accordance with RSI's Personal Data Processing Policy, which was made known by RSI, which I declare to know and accept. 7. I declare that I have been informed and am fully aware of the optional nature of granting the authorizations referred to herein regarding the sensitive data listed in numeral 2 of this authorization.
