IT System administrator

Join Trackman A/S as an IT System Administrator in Hørsholm, Denmark. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing server and network infrastructure, monitoring systems, and expanding IT security globally. This role involves leading best-in-class IT security, providing Tier-2 support, creating technical documentation, and supporting R&D projects. Must Have

• Strong IT knowledge and experience in a Windows server environment
• Skilled in Microsoft 365 Defender, Endpoint Management, Active Directory, and Veeam on-prem backup
• Ability to maintain and develop server and network infrastructure
• Experience in monitoring IT infrastructure
• Capability to support and expand global IT security setup
• Experience in providing Tier-2 support
• Proficiency in creating and updating technical documentation
• Ability to support ongoing IT projects, including in R&D

Together with our Head of IT and IT supporter, you will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and developing our server and network infrastructure
• Monitoring our infrastructure
• Support and expand the IT security setup of Trackman worldwide
• Lead for best-in-class IT security of Trackman
• Tier-2 support to coworkers in both Denmark and across the globe
• Creating and updating technical documentation related to IT infrastructure
• Support to ongoing projects or relevant IT projects in our R&D department
• Contributing to a professional and inspiring work environment

You will work at our office in Hørsholm, Denmark, and report to the Head if IT of Trackman

We have just moved to our state-of-art HQ in Hørsholm, located at DTU Science Park. We take great pride in the building we designed!
