Job Description

The Insights & Measurement Manager will work closely with sales teams, agencies, and research partners to bring campaigns to life through audience data, performance results, and sharp insights. Responsibilities include developing research and measurement projects, collaborating with research partners, advising on research methodologies, turning campaign data into insightful stories, presenting insights to clients, staying updated on advertising trends, and building relationships with vendors. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects and translate complex data into meaningful strategies.
Must have:
  • 2+ years of media research experience.
  • Knowledge of research methodologies and KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in German and English.
Good to have:
  • Experience with BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
  • Experience with online surveys.

About the opportunity 

At Teads, we believe data isn’t just numbers — it’s storytelling with purpose.  We are looking for a driven Insights & Measurement Manager to join our Hamburg team and help bring clarity and value to our clients through research, insights, and campaign analysis.

You’ll work closely with sales teams, agencies, and research partners to bring campaigns to life through audience data, performance results, and sharp insights. What will you do?

  • Under the direction of the German insights lead, develop research and measurement projects for our clients and sales teams across Germany and the DAN Region (Germany, Austria & Netherlands) 
  • Collaborate with top-tier research partners like Kantar, GWI and Lumen
  • Advise on the best research methodologies to meet campaign and business objectives
  • Turn campaign performance data into insightful stories that support commercial goals
  • Present insights to clients with clarity and confidence (virtually and in person)
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and tools in advertising and research
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with research vendors and internal teams
  • Support marketing with case study development in various formats (slides, blogs, video, etc.)

What will you bring to the team?

  • 2+ years of experience in media research, advertising measurement, or insights – ideally within a media agency, publisher, or research firm.
  • Strong knowledge of research methodologies, media metrics and digital advertising KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to perform basic analytics functions.
  • Experience with online surveys (design, monitoring and analysis)
  • Experience using BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for data visualisation and reporting is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is required.

This is a one-year contract position, with the possibility of converting to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.
