Autodesk Research is dedicated to developing cutting-edge technologies and pioneering new workflows and experiences for our customers across AECO, Design & Manufacturing and Media & Entertainment industries. With a multidisciplinary team comprising scientists, industry practitioners and software creators, we assist customers in reimagining the future of design and make.
This position will help our Research group envision the future of AEC workflows with new AI technologies. These technologies will be leveraged by our customers to improve and augment their current design processes. One exciting approach we are exploring lies at the intersection of latest developments in AI technologies and includes a potential combination of agentic workflows, MCPs, and knowledge graphs.
We are seeking a talented researcher that can help define and prototype domain specific AI agents capable of understanding project context, learning about the ways our customers work, and accomplish a variety of industry specific tasks both autonomously and collaboratively with human users. Prior exposure to projects within the AECO industry would be beneficial. Over the course of the internship, you will work with the guidance of your mentor and the rest of the project team to experiment, validate and implement tangible demonstrations of your research.
