Job Description
This Intern position is for technical or technologist level students in systems, infrastructure, or related fields, enabled by SENA or an equivalent institution. The intern will support and learn administrative functions across systems, networking, databases, applications, and services. Key responsibilities include documenting system processes, internal communication, tracking adoption indicators, managing CPIR tasks, and assisting with daily audits. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Outlook, and have a stable broadband internet connection.
Must have:
- Document system-oriented processes.
- Internal communication.
- Track adoption indicators.
- Track CPIR tasks (post-implementation review of a change).
- Support daily audits.
- Be a student of technical or technologist level systems careers.
- Be enabled or have a date letter or presentation letter from the training institution.
- Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook).
- Have a broadband internet connection and be located in a zone distinguished by zonal planning (Location delimited by Street and Carrera).

Job Details
Role Dynamics:
This position is aimed at students of technical or technologist level programs in systems, infrastructure, or related areas, enabled to start their productive stage by SENA or the respective institution endorsed by SENA; they will be responsible for supporting and learning about the different administrative functions related to systems, networking, databases, applications, and services areas.
Functions:
- Documentation of system-oriented processes.

- Support in daily audits.

This is a remote position which may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
