Job Description

This Intern position supports the C&O team, focusing on collecting, preparing, and distributing confidential materials. Key responsibilities include assisting with the documentation and development of operational processes for affiliation, accreditation, and client onboarding, as well as re-accreditation for existing clients. The role also involves supporting operational tasks, customer service, and preparing internal KPI reports. The intern is expected to work proactively and independently, seeking guidance for non-routine matters, and contribute to improving customer engagement through effective communication and Salesforce support.
Must have:
  • Support in documenting and understanding the operational process, regarding the Onboarding and Credentialing process.
  • Support in preparing operational reports on the Credentialing & Onboarding process.
  • Support in modifying and maintaining existing manual processes to be more effective with the development of new workflows or area updates.
  • Support in updating the different KPI dashboards to improve customer engagement by supporting the onboarding process for LATAM clients.
  • Provide continuous customer service/support to define and resolve problems and ensure complete service satisfaction through Salesforce.
  • Effective communication with all associates from different departments to offer exceptional service and experience.

What We'll Bring:

This position provides support to the C&O team in areas including, but not limited to, collection, support in the preparation and distribution of confidential material, for support in the requirements to build and document the operational process of affiliation, accreditation, linkage and all related activities in the process, in addition to the re-accreditation of existing clients; likewise, support in operational issues and customer services, also support in internal Key Performance Indicator reports. Generally works proactively and independently seeking guidance on non-routine issues.

Impact You'll Make:

Requirements:

  • Student of administrative, commercial or computer science careers at a technical or technologist level.
  • Be enabled to issue or have the letter of dates or letter of presentation from the training institution enabled by SENA.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Windows, Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Taste and interest in learning about administrative processes in the economic sector.
  • Have broadband internet coverage and be located in an area distinguished by zonal planning (Location delimited by street, road, transversal, diagonal… etc.).

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
