Intern - Quality Systems & Compliance

Job Purpose:

We are looking to provide a learning opportunity for an intern in Quality System and Compliance section by assisting in system and process simplification initiatives. The intern will work closely under QS&C team and collaborate with other functions such as Production, Quality Control, Engineering and etc in the company to implement quality continuous improvement initiatives.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in validation & qualification project
• Conduct process confirmation GEMBA
• Identify simplification opportunities together with QS&C team.
• Implement quality continuous improvement projects
• Assist in day-to-day QS&C tasks

• Quality Control Framework

Key Competencies:

• Educational background – degree in science related field
• Proficient in use of IT and software/systems, ideally document management and database systems
• Proficient in English Language
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Deadline-driven, flexible with self-reliance to work in an empowered environment
• Awareness and ability to work within culturally diverse teams
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, think and work independently, and problem-solve
• Strong drive for performance and attention to details
• A keen interest in consumer healthcare science, product and development, and a passion for knowledge
