Job Description
As a Strategic Designer specializing in Proposals at Iron Mountain, you will be responsible for enhancing customer-facing documents and presentations. You will leverage your expertise in document design, data visualization, and information graphics to create persuasive materials that effectively communicate our value and secure new business. This role requires a detail-oriented designer with a 'graph mindset' who excels at building clean, professional, and impactful static and digital layouts, turning complex information into clear, compelling visuals.
Must have:
- Design and develop visually compelling templates, infographics, and process workflows for customer bids and presentations.
- Collaborate with sales and subject matter experts to translate technical information and data into clear, effective visuals.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive library of reusable document assets, ensuring brand consistency and version control.
- Format and manage large-scale documents, focusing on user-friendly layouts and professional polish.
- Prioritize and manage a schedule of multiple design projects, ensuring all deadlines are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Very fluent English level.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with a focus on document design and information graphics.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of design principles, with a demonstrated ability to simplify complex data and concepts visually.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
