Mission of the position

Development and support for accounting and finance activities, including performing transactions in SAP (ERP), bank reconciliation, entry of invoices and freight, and general support for financial processes. The intern will interface with LATAM (Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico), collaborating with teams from different countries, and will be encouraged to apply creative and analytical thinking to propose continuous process improvements and contribute significantly to the efficiency and evolution of the team's routines.

Success Metrics

• Support for accounting and finance activities;
• Perform daily entries and bank reconciliation;
• Make contacts to obtain commercial references from clients;
• Support the credit and collection professional with SAP transactions;
• Enter invoices and freight into SAP
• Support general financial processes.

Minimum requirements to apply for the position

• Currently studying 1st or 2nd year of Higher Education in Accounting Sciences, Economics, or Administration
• Availability to work for up to 2 years as an intern
• Knowledge in Office Suite, especially Excel
• Intermediate English will be a differential
