Internship in Systems Implementation

What You'll Bring:

• Currently pursuing Higher Education – 3rd or 4th year (Systems Analysis / Computer Science / Information Systems / Technology in general / Engineering)
• Knowledge in programming logic
• Basic knowledge in Excel

Impact You'll Make:

We are looking for talents to work in our Solutions Implementation area.

*The Implementation (Delivery) area is responsible for delivering projects and implementing our solutions with clients. It performs the delivery of technology services (projects, support, and improvements). In addition, the area maintains relationships with clients to bring improvement in business processes, map risks, and identify opportunities with clients.

• Provide internal support for area implementation analysts;
• Support the development of strong relationships with clients;
• Communication and interaction with other areas (Development and Products);
• Support in product parameterizations internally (Crivo and Workflow);
• Occasionally accompany analysts at client sites, to understand the entire implementation process and monitor the functioning of solutions

Monthly Stipend: R$ 2,180.00 / month.

Work from Monday to Friday.

Work Model: hybrid (2x a week)

Internship Hours: 6 hours/day - from 9 am to 4 pm with 1 hour lunch break

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
