Your daily life

By joining us in Montbonnot, you will integrate a site near Grenoble located in the Inovallée technopole at the foot of the mountains, bringing together our digital services activities enabling us to operate our clients' critical information systems and support them in their secure digital transformation.

Context

You will join the Operations Department and the PMO team, whose challenge is to support project teams and act as facilitators on multiple themes including finance, staffing, project monitoring, HSE and CSR domains.

Your profile

You are looking for a 6-month end-of-study internship for your BAC+5, specialized in project management and have skills in:

• The use of Excel with an aptitude for numbers,
• Planning, indicators and risk concepts?
• Written and oral English proficiency,
• The Power Bi tool? It's a plus!

Teamwork, curiosity, proactiveness and ability to make proposals are assets that are recognized in you?

Your future missions:

• Contribute to the improvement of tools (via Excel or PowerBI) and internal applications, to the capitalization of good practices and to team awareness;
• Identify risks and actions to be taken for the smooth running of projects;
• Participate in financial monitoring: cost control, variance analysis, invoicing;
• Provide support for: calls for tenders, monitoring and reporting, preparation of internal reviews, resource monitoring and workload plan;
• Take part in the CSR and Green IT approach.
