Job Summary
Job Description
We are seeking an IT Executive to provide strategic consulting to the Board of Directors on company development for the short term (1-3 years) and build standardized systems for company-wide use. Responsibilities include managing servers, network systems, IT equipment, office telecommunications, company website, and software. Specific tasks involve managing computer systems, supporting departments for efficient operation, managing website information, building an internal network (intranet), troubleshooting network issues, managing IT equipment, performing periodic maintenance, upgrading systems and equipment, proposing maintenance plans and system upgrades, and assisting with administrative management and office equipment maintenance. The role also includes installing, configuring, upgrading, and maintaining operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), office software, email, operating and monitoring network security systems, firewalls, and performing regular data backups. Proposing and implementing new technology solutions to improve efficiency and reduce information security risks is also key. Candidates should have a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent, and possess at least 2 years of experience in IT system operation and IT solution implementation. Internal company information security is paramount.

Lập kế hoạch
- Tư vấn chiến lược cho Ban Giám đốc về định hướng phát triển công ty trong ngắn hạn (1-3 năm).
- Xây dựng hệ thống tiêu chuẩn để sử dụng đồng bộ trong toàn công ty.
Quản trị hệ thống
- Quản lý máy chủ.
- Quản lý hệ thống mạng.
- Quản lý thiết bị CNTT của công ty.
- Quản lý hệ thống viễn thông văn phòng.
- Quản lý trang web công ty.
- Quản lý phần mềm.
Công việc cụ thể
- Quản trị hệ thống máy tính, hỗ trợ các phòng ban vận hành hiệu quả.
- Quản trị thông tin trên trang web của công ty.
- Xây dựng hệ thống mạng nội bộ (intranet).
- Xử lý các sự cố liên quan đến mạng.
- Quản lý trang thiết bị công nghệ thông tin của công ty.
- Thực hiện bảo trì định kỳ, nâng cấp hệ thống và thiết bị.
- Đề xuất kế hoạch bảo trì, nâng cấp hệ thống, thay đổi dịch vụ theo nhu cầu phát triển của công ty.
- Hỗ trợ công tác quản trị hành chính, bảo trì và thay thế vật dụng, thiết bị văn phòng.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu từ Ban Giám đốc.
- Cài đặt, cấu hình, nâng cấp và duy trì hệ điều hành (Windows, macOS, Linux) và các phần mềm văn phòng thiết yếu, bao gồm phần mềm văn phòng và email.
- Vận hành và giám sát hệ thống an ninh mạng, tường lửa và thực hiện sao lưu dữ liệu định kỳ.
- Đề xuất và triển khai các giải pháp công nghệ mới nhằm nâng cao hiệu quả và giảm rủi ro về bảo mật thông tin.
Yêu cầu ứng viên
- Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Công nghệ Thông tin, Khoa học Máy tính hoặc tương đương.
- Bảo mật thông tin nội bộ công ty.
- Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực vận hành hệ thống CNTT.
- Có kinh nghiệm triển khai các giải pháp CNTT.
