Due to major growth we are expanding our IT Services team in Perth and are currently looking for an IT Services Analyst to join the team. 

As an IT Services Analyst, you will provide exceptional customer support to our Perth-based teams as well as support the wider company alongside other localised Service Desk teams, ensuring our IT strategy is implemented globally.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Conduct preliminary analysis of IT service requests and incidents, and manage responses within pre-established service level agreements
• Provide comprehensive support for all aspects of the IT application and system environment to team members, both in-person and remotely
• Provide technical advice and guidance to members of the organization at various hierarchical levels
• Administer the procurement, recording, and configuration of asset and hardware inventory in accordance with global standards
• Ensure the proper configuration and maintenance of security controls on all VGW asset endpoints
