Job Description

As the IT Specialist, you will serve and interface with representatives from every department on a regular basis to solve daily challenges and needs. This role requires a high degree of customer service and expertise, combining technical support skills, customer urgency, and a passion for deploying the right solutions to solve changing business needs. Must Have:
  • Provide first line response to internal customers requiring assistance with IT issues.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance by using service desk management system, phone, email, and/or in office walk-ups.
  • Track and own issues to resolution and updating the service management system.
  • Troubleshoot and manage mission critical business solutions including Windows, macOS, Office 365, Teams, computer hardware, and other new and emerging technology solutions.
  • Create and manage Active Directory accounts for corporate users & systems.
  • Maintain desktops, laptops and tablets including both hardware and software.
  • Maintain office devices including multifunction printers, VOIP equipment, mobile devices, and AV equipment.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience with helpdesk assistance.
  • Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting various computer-related issues.
  • Proven experience with macOS, Windows, Office 365 applications, MS Teams.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge on Laptops, Desktops, Printers (MFP).

You have the right mix of technical support skills, customer urgency and passion for deploying the right solutions to solve changing business needs.

How will you contribute?

  • Provide first line response to internal customers requiring assistance with IT issues.
  • Respond to requests for technical assistance by using service desk management system, phone, email, and/or in office walk-ups.
  • Track and own issues to resolution and updating the service management system.
  • Troubleshoot and manage mission critical business solutions including but not limited to Windows, macOS, Office 365, Teams, computer hardware, and other new and emerging technology solutions.
  • Create and manage Active Directory accounts for corporate users & systems.
  • Maintain desktops, laptops and tablets including both hardware and software.
  • Maintain office devices including multifunction printers, VOIP equipment, mobile devices, and AV equipment.
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What will you bring?

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience with helpdesk assistance.
  • Demonstrated experience with troubleshooting various computer-related issues.
  • Proven experience with macOS, Windows, Office 365 applications, MS Teams.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills
  • Should have knowledge on Laptops, Desktops, Printers (MFP)

This is a full-time position. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand apply.
