What the Role Entails

• Formulate and execute community operation strategies and goals based on project characteristics and progress schedule;
• Responsible for operating SNS and community platforms in the relevant region, continuously maintaining and improving user ratings and reviews;
• Develop content strategies according to product version update schedules, regional characteristics, and local events, and manage content production and distribution;
• Design incentive measures, including creator discovery and cultivation, according to product status, to promote continuous creation of high-quality content.

Who We Look For

• Proficiency in Japanese or Korean, and familiarity with Japanese and Korean culture. Long-term stay or study abroad experience in the local area is preferred;
• Over 1 year of overseas community operation experience, familiar with community operation methods in Japan or Korea;
• Game enthusiast with rich gaming experience on both PC and mobile. Especially welcome advanced players of two-dimensional content and shooting genres;
• Excellent communication skills and linguistic expression, capable of cross-team collaboration.
