Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the operations planning of a 3A stylized realistic shooter PC game.

2. Product design: Deep understanding of shooter games, responsible for planning and optimizing version content, able to formulate executable plans around operational goals, and continuously optimize according to project rhythm and data, effectively improving game operational indicators.

3. User insight: Skilled in using data analysis and user research methods to accurately extract user needs, quickly identify key opportunities and potential problems at different stages, and deeply locate the underlying reasons.

4. Version management: Responsible for version progress during game development, formulating and tracking version plans, ensuring version quality and rhythm.

Job Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in the game industry, familiar with the shooter genre, experience as a shooter game practitioner preferred.

2. Data-sensitive, good at understanding user needs, possessing keen insight and quick learning ability.

3. Good team communication and execution skills, strong summarization and generalization skills.

4. Passionate about games, highly motivated, highly responsible, and able to use English as a working language.
