TiMi Studio Group, a Tencent Games team, is seeking a Community Operations Manager for an in-development 3A stylized realistic shooting PC game in Shenzhen. This role involves formulating community strategies for the Chinese market across platforms like Steam and Tencent, collaborating with overseas teams for user communication, maintaining core user groups, and planning engaging community activities. The manager will also analyze data to drive localization and product iteration.
Must Have
- Formulate community operation strategies for PC + console shooting game in China.
- Manage community operations for Steam, Tencent, and external game communities.
- Collaborate with overseas versions on user communication strategies.
- Maintain core user groups and establish feedback channels.
- Plan community activities for pre-orders, new user acquisition, and exposure.
- Drive version iteration based on data analysis and user research.
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 3+ years of game industry community/user operation experience.
- Familiar with Steam shooting game operation ecosystem in China.
- Experience with external community resources and channel partnerships.
- Passion for shooting games and deep understanding of domestic shooting user ecosystem.
Good to Have
- Experience in FPS, competitive, or shooting genre games
- Is an opinion leader, community manager, or content creator for shooting games
- Ability to work in English or other foreign languages
