Job Summary

Uplive is seeking a performance-driven Game Portfolio Manager to own and scale game portfolios across Android and iOS. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, marketing, and tech. You are the business owner of several live games — ensuring each title stays updated, revenue-positive, technically healthy, and competitive in the market. You will collaborate with UA, Creative, and Engineering to accelerate growth, optimize store performance, and maintain seamless live operations.

Must Have

  • Monitor and ensure business and product performance and drive actions that move the needle with UA and Creative teams.
  • Keep all titles updated with new builds and content.
  • Track market trends, competitor releases, and genre benchmarks to inform portfolio strategy.
  • Analyze player behavior, funnel metrics, and monetization patterns; translate findings into actionable improvements.
  • Oversee end-to-end App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android) operations for all games.
  • Manage submissions, compliance, app updates, and review resolution to ensure uninterrupted store presence.
  • Maintain and coordinate updates for ad SDKs, analytics SDKs, attribution tools, and 3rd-party integrations across all games.
  • Ensure each game meets platform requirements and technical performance benchmarks (stability, ANR/Crash rates).
  • Work with the engineering team to roll out patches, fix blocking issues, and maintain build health.
  • 4+ years managing mobile game products, live operations, or app stores.
  • Strong understanding of mobile monetization and retention drivers.
  • Hands-on experience with App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Firebase, attribution tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Familiarity with ad networks and SDK maintenance practices.
  • Strong research capability and awareness of mobile market and industry trends.
  • Highly reliable operator with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Agile, organized, and confident managing multiple live products simultaneously.
  • Cross-functional collaborator with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Strong communication skills for working with UA, Creative, Dev, and leadership.
  • Fast learner, comfortable with technical concepts and data-driven decision-making.
  • Fluent English (written & spoken).
