Job Summary

The Ads Monetization Specialist will define growth opportunities in monetization, plan and execute growth projects, and lead a small team to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include managing advertising operations, campaign setup and optimization, troubleshooting critical issues, and maintaining relationships with agencies and vendors. The role also involves improving ad product performance, launching new advertising services, establishing pricing, and exploring new revenue streams through market research and strategic planning.

  • 2-3 years experience in Project Management (app companies) or advertising operations

Job Description

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Define problems and GROWTH opportunities in Monetization. Plan and execute Growth projects
  • Build Processes and standards to improve team performance
  • Lead a small team to achieve business goals
  • Plan, campaign setup, and campaign optimization in order to enable the achievement of advertisers and business sales goals
  • Troubleshoots critical issues and document insights in an advertisement operations database
  • Communicate critical updates on all aspects of the advertisement operations to relevant personnel, for example, setup, troubleshooting, trafficking, and vendor certifications
  • Drive and maintain key relationships with agencies, vendors, and media relationships in order to improve sales advertising campaign metrics
  • Work with internal and external partners, do competitors research to analyze the advertising demand and propose strategies for Amanotes and product development
  • Accountable for improving ad product performance (Eg. Ad Flow, Ad logic, etc. ) in both technical and business areas to maximize Life time value
  • Plan and participate in the launch of new advertising services, ad format, etc
  • Use market research data to establish advertising pricing, monetization functions (ads, user journey with ads, ad format,etc.)
  • Propose and execute strategic plan to explore new revenue stream
  • Conduct tests and access the results to make strategic decisions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-3 years Working experience in Project Management in “app” companies ( Ecommerce, Ewallet, Classified websites, etc. ), or advertising operations, campaign management or advertising operations
  • Nice to Have understanding of and experience in online/digital advertising technology, for example ironSource/MAX/Mopub/Admob mediation, AppNexus, Google DFP, and OpenX
  • Demonstrate a keen interest and understanding of technology, marketing, analytics and data-driven solutions
  • Must have Strong critical thinking
  • High project management skill
  • Must love to work and discover insights with numbers
  • Must have opened working attitude to learn and adapt fast-pace working environment
  • Must have high responsibility and autonomy
  • Love to work and discover insights with numbers
  • Fluent English in both written and verbal communication (all of your partners are outside of Vietnam)
