Must have:
  • Support the entire business development lifecycle, from developer outreach to sign-off.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for new business and partnership opportunities.
  • Conduct proactive market research and data-driven analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage internal documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for project execution.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the Commercial team on various initiatives.
  • Minimum 1-year experience in the games industry or related fields (QA, developer relations, business development, ad networks).
  • Strong presentation skills, including creating engaging slide decks and confident delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated initiative through internships, leadership roles, or extracurricular activities.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities with a solid foundation in data analysis and research.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • A resilient team player, able to collaborate, handle setbacks constructively, and maintain a solutions-oriented mindset.
Good to have:
  • A passion for games (mobile or PC).
  • Fluency in other languages.

DUTIES

You will work on a variety of tasks to supporting the Commercial team, including:

  • Supporting the entire business development lifecycle – from initial developer outreach through to final approval and sign-off.
  • Acting as the initial point of contact for all new business and partnership opportunities with prospective developers.
  • Conducting proactive market research and data-driven analysis to identify and evaluate new business opportunities.
  • Preparing and managing internal documentation, reports and presentations to communicate opportunities effectively to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Building and maintaining strong, professional relationships with both new and existing partners to foster long-term collaboration.
  • Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of all business development projects.
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the Commercial team, contributing to various initiatives and strategic activities where needed.

  • Minimum of 1-year experience in the games industry or a related field such as QA, developer relations, business development, or ad networks.
  • A passion for games (mobile or PC) is a plus but not required.
  • Strong presentation skills including the ability to independently create clear, engaging slide decks and confident present to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in other languages is a plus and will be considered an asset in this role.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing priorities or work flexibly as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and project management tools.
  • Demonstrated initiative through internships, leaderships roles, or involvement in extracurricular activities.
  • Strong critical thinking abilities, with a solid foundation in data analysis and research.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
