Job Description

CCH Tagetik is seeking a Junior ESG Solution Consultant to join their Financial Service Global Solution Team, focusing on Sustainability & ESG engagements. The role involves working on regulatory reporting, particularly with the EU Taxonomy Module, and delivering the CCH Tagetik ESG Solution to enterprise customers. Responsibilities include configuring solutions, documenting features, performing quality assurance, analyzing compliance risks, and building client relationships.
Must have:
  • Support configuring and setting up solutions for regulatory requirements.
  • Document solution information, features, key points, and perform quality assurance.
  • Collect and classify feedback based on importance/urgency.
  • Perform analysis on solutions and identify areas indicating compliance risks.
  • Work with compliance, legal, and BI leads to interpret and map regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to developing trusted client relationships.
  • Maintain understanding of client business goals and challenges, acting as client advocate.
  • Encourage client feedback to drive CCH Tagetik solutions development.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, STEM, or Sustainability related fields.
  • Good technology knowledge and business acumen.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Confident communication style with strong presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Italian and English.
Good to have:
  • Knowledge of software analysis techniques and definition of functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with extracting, manipulating, and analyzing business data for regulatory reporting.
  • Knowledge of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) data management.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • System Integration experience and troubleshooting skills.

Job Details

CCH Tagetik, part of Wolters Kluwer's Corporate Performance & ESG Division, is looking for a Junior ESG Solution Consultant who will work in our Team “Financial Service Global Solution” following Sustainability & ESG engagements.

You will be working on regulatory reporting area and create high-value solution for clients. In particular, you will be involved in the delivery of the Regulatory updates of the EU Taxonomy Module following the publication of the European Commission’s Omnibus Package, which revises the EU sustainability requirements. You will have the opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation and cooperate with well-known clients as well as partners and colleagues, working in a team with talented and passionate CCH Tagetik Consultants on achieving shared goals. The team is responsible for the successful implementation and delivery of the CCH Tagetik ESG Solution to our Enterprise customers.

You will:

  • Support in configuring, building, and setting up all features and functions of the solution to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Document all relevant solution information, features, key points and perform quality assurance.

  • Perform analysis on solution and identify areas that may indicate compliance risks.
  • Work with compliance, legal and business intelligence (BI) leads to interpret and map regulatory reporting requirements.
  • Contribute to develop trusted client relationships vital to the success of the solution.
  • Maintain an understanding of client business goals and challenges and act as client advocate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
  • Encourage client feedback to help drive the development of CCH Tagetik solutions.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, STEM or Sustainability related fields.
  • Good technology knowledge and business acumen.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding service-orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Confident communication style with strong presentation skills.
