Job Description

We are looking for our first marketing hire to strengthen Yellow Panda's presence in the B2B games market and primarily promote our services, but also our own games. This person will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing, communication, and content initiatives to increase our visibility, generate new business opportunities, and expand the reach of our games. The professional will work with our creative team (UI/UX Designer and technical team) and will play a fundamental role in content organization, network management, and community relations.
Must have:
  • Manage social media and community, with a focus on B2B and the games market.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to strengthen the brand and generate inbound leads.
  • Create and manage content for blog and website, with a focus on SEO and conversion.
  • Coordinate content capture at events (carried out by the commercial team), organizing the editing and publication of materials (videos, photos, images).
  • Produce press releases, trailers, and institutional promotional materials.
  • Liaise with institutions, events, news networks, and partners to organize lectures, team participation, and articles.
  • Act in the operational management of internal content demands (interviews, videos, behind-the-scenes).
  • Monitor metrics and performance reports on social media, website, and campaigns, proposing improvements to increase conversion.
  • Portfolio management, keeping website content always updated and best represented.
  • Digital Marketing experience, preferably in B2B.
  • Intermediate/advanced English.
  • Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Strategic planning and practical execution ability.
  • Copywriting and clear communication skills.
  • Basic notions of video and image editing.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the games or technology sector.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Pipedrive, Mailchimp, etc).
  • Experience in SEO and inbound marketing.
  • Experience with producing trailers or game content.

About the Role

  • Experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in B2B.
  • Intermediate/advanced English (for press releases, international materials, and event contact).
  • Knowledge of social media management and analytics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn, etc).
  • Strategic planning and practical execution ability.
  • Copywriting and clear communication skills.
  • Basic notions of video and image editing (UI/UX Designer support will be available, but the person needs to know how to coordinate and, in some cases, execute).

Bonus (Nice to have):

  • Experience in the games or technology sector.
