Job Description

The Junior Sales Engineer will assist with reporting and administrative tasks within the Sales Engineering team, including third-party data feeds and the EmployeeTrack program. Responsibilities include assisting with data feed configuration, troubleshooting issues, supporting third-party providers, and supporting compliance officers. The role also involves creating documentation, managing relationships with clients and stakeholders, and taking on ad hoc tasks. This role offers a chance to develop skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment. The candidate should be detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft applications, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Position Overview

We seek a detail-oriented, entry-level individual to assist with various reporting and administrative tasks within the Sales Engineering team. In this role, you will help with third-party data feeds and provide backup support for our EmployeeTrack program. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to develop their skills in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with enabling, disabling, and configuring new third-party data feeds.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate any issues related to third-party data feeds, providing timely solutions.
  • Provide general support to third-party data feed providers, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Support compliance officers using our EmployeeTrack program, offering assistance and resolving issues as needed.
  • Become a subject matter expert on third-party data feeds and our EmployeeTrack program.
  • Contribute to creating and improving internal documentation for data fees and EmployeeTrack program processes.
  • Manage relationships with clients, third-party data feed providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Take on ad hoc responsibilities from ongoing and operational initiatives within the Sales Engineering team.
