1. Responsible Development Area, Business Overview, Role, and Position within R&D of the Affiliated Organization

We support development and prototyping activities by inspecting, repairing, and improving the operational efficiency of infrastructure facilities (power receiving/transforming, boilers, chillers, compressors, water supply/drainage, water treatment facilities, etc.) at the Technical Center.

Furthermore, we contribute to energy-saving activities for R&D experimental facilities not only within the business site but also globally.

2. Specific Job Responsibilities and Expected Role/Position within and outside your Department

We are looking for personnel who can proactively promote activities such as inspection and repair of Technical Center infrastructure facilities, and the planning and execution of maintenance plans.

3. Workplace Environment and Work Style (Member Composition, Workplace Atmosphere, Characteristics)

You will be assigned to the Environmental Energy Conservation Group as a member of the Facility Management Department, which supports the foundation of the business site. (Approximately 10 technical staff, 20 on-site maintenance staff). As a maintenance staff member, you will be responsible for equipment inspection and repair, and the planning and execution of maintenance plans. You will also communicate with staff from various departments regarding energy supply within the business site.

You will work with members who manage the same equipment, and the workplace has a good atmosphere.

Holiday work: Approximately 1 day/month, Night duty: 2 days/month, Overtime: 10-20 hours/month.
