Job Description

The KAM for Price Clubs is responsible for leading the commercial relationship and generating business results for these two strategic retail accounts. This role ensures the execution of the commercial strategy, the achievement of net sales and profitability objectives, as well as the successful implementation of promotional and in-store initiatives. The KAM acts as the main point of contact with the client, aligning internal resources to drive growth and operational excellence.
Must have:
  • Manage the commercial relationship with the WM OTC department, acting as the main point of contact.
  • Meet net sales, volume, and profitability targets for each client.
  • Lead the execution of Joint Business Plans (JBP), aligning client priorities with internal objectives.
  • Implement promotional plans, visibility programs, and new product launches with excellence.
  • Monitor client performance, sell-in and sell-out trends, and adjust plans as needed.
  • Optimize commercial investments (GTN) and A&P budgets to ensure return on investment and effective execution.
  • Work closely with the Demand Planning team to improve forecast accuracy and service levels.
  • Collaborate with Trade Marketing to develop personalized activation plans.
  • Analyze data and generate insights to support decision-making and negotiations.
  • Follow up on compliance with agreements, pricing policies, and contractual terms.
  • Conduct periodic business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure in-store execution and planogram compliance.
Good to have:
  • Experience with accounts like Sam's Club is a plus.

Main responsibilities:

Why YOU?

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing or related field
  • 4+ years of experience as Key Account for modern channel in consumer companies. Experience with accounts like Sam's Club is a plus.
  • Understanding of GTN, P&L related to the commercial area, as well as promotional mechanics.
  • Intermediate English
