Job Description

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is a global, digitally led omnichannel specialty retailer catering to kids through millennials. The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates. They ensure store operations run effectively and are part of the store leadership team, driving store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. Responsibilities include managing opening and closing routines, product knowledge, business understanding, proactive thinking, attention to detail, POS use, asset protection, visual displays, and system skills. The schedule requires at least 12-16 hours per week, including availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays, with increased hours during peak times.

Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Work Schedule Requirements

•Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12-16 hours per week.
•Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
•In addition, during peak timeframes, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

Qualifications

What it Takes

Education- High School Diploma/ G.E.D. equivalent preferred
Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred.
Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No supervisory/ management experience is required.

The starting rate for this position is $20.00 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future
