Job Description

The Key Lead at Hollister Co. ensures a quality in-store customer experience by supervising the floor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring effective store operations. This role is part of the store leadership team, driving performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, product knowledge, business understanding, and visual displays. The position is part-time, requiring 12-16 hours weekly, including weekends and holidays, with increased hours during peak times.
Must have:
  • Ensure all customers receive quality in-store experience
  • Act as the Floor Supervisor
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates
  • Ensure store operations are running effectively
  • Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales
  • Perform open and closing routines
  • Maintain product knowledge and brand awareness
  • Utilize register/Point of Sales systems
  • Manage asset protection and visual displays
  • Work at least 12-16 hours per week
  • Be available on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays
  • Increase hours during peak timeframes to support business needs
Good to have:
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred
  • At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
  • No supervisory/management experience is required

Job Description

The starting rate for this position is $19.25 per hour (i.e., the recruiting pay range for this position is $19.25 - $19.25 per hour). The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
