Pinterest is seeking a Lead Client Partner for their Retail division. The role involves building and managing strategic partnerships with large clients and agencies, leading cross-functional teams to develop partner strategies that drive business results. The partner will leverage data and insights to create innovative marketing communication plans, aiming to reach partner audience targets and achieve ROI goals. This role also requires advocating for partners internally and responding to their needs. Candidates should have solid experience in marketing, advertising, and digital media, with established industry relationships and a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in the Retail sector. The ability to translate partner value across different teams and strong teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment are essential. Fluency in English is required, and fluency in Swedish or Danish is desirable.

What you’ll do:
- Build, manage, and grow strategic partnerships with large customers & agencies
- Lead across many internal functions to create partner strategy that drive meaningful business results
- Leverage data, insights, and measurement to build innovate marketing communication plans that reach partner audience targets and achieve partner ROI goals & objectives
- Be an internal advocate for partners by working with relevant teams to respond to partner needs and feedback
What we’re looking for:
- Solid experience in marketing/advertising/digital, with specific acumen across media, search, data and measurement
- Established industry relationships and experience working with executive level business and marketing leaders within client organizations
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals with large customers in the Retail industry
- Ability to translate partner value across various levels, such as executive, operational, creative, media, and analytics teams
- Strong team player and ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of operational rigor, digital acumen, and business excellence
- Fluency in English required, Fluency in Swedish or Danish desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
- This role will need to be in the office for in-person collaboration 1-2 times per week and therefore needs to be in a commutable distance from the Stockholm office.
