Reporting to the Inbound Sales Manager, the Lead Development Representative (LDR) holds a key position that requires a dynamic individual who is knowledgeable and passionate about sales development and is highly customer-focused and efficient. As an LDR, you will play a crucial role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. You will be the first point of contact for many of our prospects, and your ability to build rapport, understand their needs, and guide them through the sales process will be essential to our success.
Must have:
  • Identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels, including Zoominfo, Salesforce data, and LinkedIn.
  • Assess the potential of leads by evaluating their fit with our ideal customer profile and their budget.
  • Reach out to potential customers to introduce our products or services and schedule meetings or demos.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualify them, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of all leads and opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Report weekly progress for alignment on inbound and outreach efforts.
  • Adhere to our established sales process and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and contribute to sales process improvement.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Identify and generate high-quality leads through various channels, including Zoominfo, Salesforce data, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualifying: Assess the potential of leads by evaluating their fit with our ideal customer profile and their budget.
  • Outbound Sales: Reach out to potential customers to introduce our products or services and schedule meetings or demos via cold calling, email, text, and social media.
  • Inbound Lead Follow-up: Respond promptly to inbound leads, qualify them, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all leads and opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Internal Reporting: Report weekly progress for alignment on inbound and outreach efforts.
  • Sales Process: Adhere to our established sales process and ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the sales team.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our sales processes.

Target Base Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,400 USD

Consistent with Motorola Solutions values and applicable law, we provide the following information to promote pay transparency and equity. Pay within this range varies and depends on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The actual offer will be based on the individual candidate.
