Job Description

NetSPI is looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in DevOps, strong expertise in CI/CD platforms like GitHub actions, Jenkins, TeamCity, and CodeBuild, and at least 3 years of experience with AWS. They will also have strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform preferred), configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet), and distributed source code management systems like GitHub and GitLab. Experience with at least one scripting language (Bash/Python) is a must, as is solid hands-on experience on the Kubernetes ecosystem along with application deployment methodologies. Experience with the agile development methodology is also desired. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated, self-driven, independent performer with strong communication skills, able to document and verbally communicate ideas with the team.

Good To Have:

Configuration management with Ansible
Deployment automation with Terraform
Good troubleshooting skills

Must Have:

8-12 years of experience in DevOps

Technical Requirements:

8-12 years of experience in DevOps

Strong expertise in CI/CD platforms like GitHub actions / Jenkins / TeamCity / CodeBuild
