The research development and innovation group partners with NICE’s cutting edge research team to scale out the delivery of new technology and AI models to customers around the world that are tailored to their company, industry, and language needs. More specifically, this team takes raw research code or ideas and turn it into highly-performant, scalable, and robust engines/libraries. Our team is very dynamic and is given wide latitude in choosing our own tools and internal processes.
