Lead Software Engineer

We are looking for a partner, a developer, for a 10-member team, who will help move our craft further and will drive efforts to break up the monolith, improve the CI/CD pipeline.

We have developed a globally used platform for customer care of huge companies. 3,000 requests per second flow through our APIs. So we are no longer small fry.

We try to write cleanly, we adhere to SRP, we create atomic pull requests, we continuously refactor, we have a CI/CD pipeline and PHP Stan checks us at the highest level.

You will also come into contact with AWS services and tools that you would expect from a large modern cloud application. We use Elasticsearch as primary storage and as pioneers we helped the Elastic team tune the DB for this specific purpose. Thanks to a production error in the past, we already know that it can calmly withstand a million requests per minute and won't even break a sweat. 😀

Czech is our primary language (must have), but it is necessary to be ready to speak English when it comes to cooperation with colleagues in the USA or India.
