The Legal Data Protection Analyst will coordinate intellectual property protection and management, overseeing patent identification, registration, and portfolio management. This role involves interfacing with technical and legal teams to ensure innovation protection and regulatory compliance. The analyst will also promote training and guidance to foster innovation and maintain the company's technological competitiveness.
Must have:
  • Coordinate intellectual property protection and management activities.
  • Supervise patent identification, registration, and maintenance.
  • Manage the intellectual property asset portfolio.
  • Interface with technical and legal teams for innovation protection.
  • Ensure alignment with current regulations.
  • Promote training and guidance for teams.
  • Encourage innovation practices.
  • Ensure technological competitiveness.

Job Details

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of over 6 years in activities related to the responsibilities;
  • SAP;
  • Power BI;
  • Excel;
  • Power Point;
  • SharePoint.

EDUCATION

  • Higher education in Administration, Engineering, or Law.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS

  • Post-graduation or certification in IP.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for coordinating all intellectual property protection and management activities;
  • Supervise the process of identifying, registering, and maintaining patents, in addition to managing the intellectual property asset portfolio;
  • Will interface with technical and legal teams to ensure that innovations are properly protected and aligned with current regulations;
  • Will promote training and guidance for teams, encouraging innovation practices and ensuring the company's technological competitiveness.
