We are hiring our first Litigation Paralegal to join the Employment and Litigation team in Toast’s Legal department, reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Employment & Litigation. The Litigation Paralegal will be an important member of the Litigation team, with primary daily responsibility for managing Toast’s responses to subpoenas and requests for information, maintaining our litigation docket and reporting, coordinating and leading critical projects within the Legal department, and providing experienced case management and support for disputes of all stages across all areas of Toast’s growing business. The Litigation Paralegal will work cross-functionally within the Legal team and across the business to develop deep knowledge of Toast and our products and services, and will be entrusted to operate with a high degree of independence to provide practical, effective legal support on a wide variety of legal issues.
This is a hybrid role based in our Boston office, with an expectation that the successful candidate will work from the office two days a week.

The base salary range for this role is listed below. The starting salary will be determined based on skills and experience. In addition to base salary, our total rewards components include cash compensation (overtime, bonus/commissions, if eligible), benefits, and equity (if eligible).
Pay Range
$102,000—$163,000 USD
