Level Infinite发行产品包括《PUBG
MOBILE》、《Goddess of Victory: NIKKE 》《Honor of King》等热门游戏，并与合作工作室联手推出了来自Fatshark的《战锤40K：暗潮》、Funcom的《沙丘：觉醒》、Inflexion Studios的《夜莺》在内多款产品。

岗位职责
1.主要负责PUBG MOBILE产品发行过程中整体海外英文社区内容运营，通过对不同类型的社区和用户习惯的洞察及分析，根据项目不同的阶段，负责制定相应的内容平台和渠道（包括不限于Facebook、YouTube、TikTok等）的整体运营策略，并为落地效果负责；
2.在持续发行运营的过程中，搭建与玩家的双向沟通机制，沟通沉淀核心用户，引导并维护社区口碑；
3. 通过用户调研、内容打磨、推广效果跟踪和数据分析，持续优化各个社区的内容生产和运营策略，提升社区用户粘性和热度；
4.对主流游戏产品有精准洞察，逐步建立PGC、PUGC生产机制与渠道分发能力，引入和管理优质作者，引导优质UGC生产，为游戏内容发行提供帮助。
Requirements:
岗位要求
1.3年或以上网络游戏运营相关工作经验；有至少一段从项目筹备、上线到持续运营的完整经验优先；
2.具备出色的沟通协调能力和项目管理能力，能够有效处理合作执行中出现的问题，以及跨部门的沟通协调；
3.具备游戏社区运营经验及内容生态和创作者孵化经验；
4.熟悉各大内容平台短视频平台，有创意，善于捕捉内容话题与潮流热点；
5. 对当前主流用户群体和文化具备理解力和洞察；
6. 有较强的合作精神与抗压能力，具备流畅英语听说读写交流能力；
7.有较优秀文笔以及文案把控能力者优先。能够流畅使用英语作为工作语言。
