WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our research team is dedicated to exploring and advancing immersive technologies through active involvement in Horizon Europe projects. Extended reality, artificial intelligence, 6G networks, and edge computing are part of our everyday research. We are looking for a full-time Technical Project Manager with at least 2 years of relevant experience to work on innovative projects.
Your duties will include providing project planning and operational oversight on multiple Augmented Reality and Virtual Reality projects spanning a variety of different use cases, which utilize the technological solutions from Holo-Light's core suite of products. These projects will also utilize components from other project consortium members, largely composed of companies from European member states.

WHAT’S EXCITING ABOUT THIS ROLE?
You get to oversee the entire project lifecycle of innovative and large-scale international projects. Every project is venturing into a new horizon of research, innovation and development and you lay the foundation for the integration of Holo-Light and its products into the project. As Holo-Light's representative in the consortium, you'll have the opportunity to travel across Europe, adding an extra perk to the role.

YOUR MISSION

You will be responsible for the successful execution of AR & VR software projects within the Horizon Europe Framework
You will plan roadmaps related to high-level development, design, and marketing tasks
In collaboration with the relevant consortium members, you will work on the User Journey and Feature Specifications
You will create or collect inputs for the project’s internal and external documentation
In collaboration with the marketing team, you will join events and prepare dissemination and exploitation input
You will join on-site meetings, events, pilots, etc. across Europe
You will participate in regular project related calls within the consortium

YOUR PROFILE

You have relevant experience in scope definition and project planning
Experience in working with agile methods
You have a development or development adjacent background
You have great presentation and public speaking skills with proficiency in English language
You are passionate about new technologies and want to work on the future of XR
You work independently with a strong focus on collaboration
You create a clear vision for your projects and can communicate it to all stakeholders
Operate and adapt in a small, dynamic, fast-growing team, able to be self-sufficient with an ability to have a can-do attitude and make oneself accountable
