Job Description

The DQA (Design QA) Project Manager is responsible for managing localization projects for the client's Marketing Communications (Marcom) team, specifically supporting the Design function. This role involves close collaboration with the client's Marcom Project Manager & Creative lead and a network of design talents. The PM will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery, communicating updates, negotiating priorities, and managing expectations. Primary tasks include organizing schedules, distributing workload, tracking project progress, and managing allocated budgets.
Must Have:
  • Coordinate and ensure all parties follow the agreed workflows and manage them through the process
  • Work alongside and support the Transcreation Account Management team when briefing and tracking projects through to completion
  • Ensure that there is clear division and allocation of workload among team members
  • Ensure that trackers are updated at all times
  • Monitor timelines and manage client expectations
  • Monitor budget utilization and flag potential issues
  • Monitor internal workflows and identify areas for improvement
  • Advise line manager on resource gaps and flag potential issues
  • Plan resources for large overseas projects and inform talent manager and line manager of new recruitment needs
  • Ensure account delivers consistently against all contractual obligations including SLAs and KPIs
  • Identify bottle necks/pain points for the validation network, suggest resolution and advise
  • Identify training requirements for team members to ensure their adherence to processes and workflow
  • Plan, prepare and implement the induction of new starters
  • Quarterly planning
  • Regular budget spend reports – monitor and analyse progression of spends
  • Flag important budget fluctuations, peaks to the Client and line manager and track spend progress
  • Monthly financial reconciliation
  • Ensure full compliance with all financial procedures and policies
  • Co-ordinate between all relevant parties: Hogarth team, Client traffic and cross-functional teams and Validation network
  • Set and manage client expectations for deliverables and timeframes
  • Understand and work under the confidentiality policy
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with all key client stakeholders

The Role:

The DQA (Design QA) PM is responsible for project managing localization projects for the clients Marketing Communications (Marcom) team, specifically supporting the Design function. The DQA PM works closely with the clients Marcom Project Manager & Creative lead and a network of design talents from various markets. This person needs to engage with other cross-functional teams of producers and project managers to ensure work is delivered on time, on quality and within budget. They will be communicating updates, negotiate priorities and deadlines with internal and external teams to ensure expectations are well managed is required. Primary tasks include organising and coordinating schedules, distributing workload, tracking progress of projects and allocated budget.

You will focus on building strong relationship with the client Producers and PM’s as well as briefing new projects accurately. Strong organization and time management skills when managing Clients, with focus on quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Account Management

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years Project Management/Traffic background in an ad agency or in-house creative department
  • Experience managing multi-market projects
  • Experience working on global brands, ideally across all media, including print, interactive and film
  • Demonstrable experience managing total creative workflow, i.e, internal briefing, briefing to vendors/studios, managing key milestones/deadlines, presentations/internal approvals, executions, delivery
  • Proven project management skills
  • Self-driven, organized and have an eye for detail
  • Proficient with technology and tools
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and tight time frames
  • A hands-on, can do approach to solving problems
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Turkish.
  • Must be able to travel as required, sometimes several weeks at a time
