Job Description

The Technical Lead at Hogarth works closely with ACP and Campaign teams to consult on, implement, and manage large-scale DCO/Addressable campaigns across various channels like display, social, online video, and cTV. This role requires solid experience in delivering complex data-driven and technology-enabled content campaigns, coupled with an in-depth understanding of the full Digital Advertising ecosystem. The lead will also define tech best practices, oversee and mentor campaign developers, and assess third-party advertising platforms.
Must Have:
  • Working closely with the Addressable Content Practice, PM, AM, and Media Agency teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns.
  • Consultation on strategy, technology, and platforms to achieve desired client and campaign goals.
  • Coordinating with all relevant parties, including the ACP team, Media Agencies, and Hogarth’s onshore and offshore PM teams.
  • Lead and develop the APAC Addressable and Campaign development team.
  • Oversight and mentorship of campaign developers across global hubs, ensuring best practices and platform use.
  • Define tech best practices and platforms for Addressable campaigns.
  • Assessment and POC implementation of third-party advertising platforms across display, social, and video.
  • Promote and champion best practices, including the use of Hogarth's Intelligent Content Platform, Production Studio, and WPP Open.
  • Onboarding and implementation of new platforms and technologies are required to deliver across all channels of Addressable and Campaign.
  • Collaborate with PM to establish ways of working for dev team on the tech side for new clients.
  • Provide needed design direction for the RFP design for Automation based on AQR ticket.
  • Create a template functionality document and assign dev resource for RFP development.
  • Perform tech review and provide variations for QA check (if needed) for RFP development.
  • Supply screen recording (if needed) for RFP development.
  • Provide needed design direction for the RFP video demo for Automation.
  • Check before release and provide feedback if needed for RFP video.
  • Consultation on strategy, technology, and platforms to achieve desired client and campaign goals for Pilot Campaigns.
  • Define tech best practices and platforms for Development Team Process.
  • Provide oversight and mentorship of campaign developers for Development Team Process.

What does a Technical Lead do at Hogarth?

The Technical Lead works closely with our ACP and Campaign teams, who can consult on, implement, and manage large-scale DCO/Addressable campaigns across all channels, including display, social, online video, and cTV.

With a sharp focus on data-driven and technology-enabled content, we need an individual with solid experience in delivering highly complex campaigns across a full range of Addressable strategies and with an in-depth understanding of the full Digital Advertising ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

The role will be versatile, diverse, and embrace all areas of Addressable advertising, consisting of:

  • Working closely with the Addressable Content Practice, PM, AM, and Media Agency teams to deliver multi-channel campaigns across a full range of Addressable strategies.
  • Consultation on strategy, technology, and platforms to achieve desired client and campaign goals.
  • Coordinating with all relevant parties, including the ACP team, Media Agencies, and Hogarth’s onshore and offshore PM teams.
  • Lead and develop the APAC Addressable and Campaign development team.
