Job Description

Tesla seeks a Logistics Analyst for its Energy Specialized Asset program in APAC. The role involves streamlining logistics operations, preparing shipping documentation, developing routing plans, determining cost-effective transportation methods, tracking productivity, managing 3PL relationships, and collaborating with warehouse management. Responsibilities include ensuring on-time deliveries of Tesla Energy products (Megapack, Powerwall, Supercharger) and spare parts, optimizing distribution networks across APAC, and identifying areas for process improvement. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in logistics, hazardous materials compliance, and excellent communication.

2+ years logistics experience
DOT & hazardous materials compliance
Excellent communication skills
Strong Excel skills
Streamline logistics processes
Develop routing plans
Manage 3PL relationships

Good to have:

APAC language skills

Tesla is looking for a Logistics Analyst to support the Energy Specialized Asset program. Candidates for this job will have a strong eye for detail, be able to provide quick and strategic solutions, adapt to sudden changes, manage difficult and complex challenges, and work collaboratively with others.

We are looking for self-motivated team players interested in creating an excellent customer experience coordinating shipments delivering Tesla Energy products (both finished goods and spare parts) from warehouses to our customers.

Candidates must be collaborative and have extreme determination for us to build an advanced distribution network capable of scaling across APAC to support our rapidly increasing installed Energy product base (including Megapack, Powerwall and Supercharger products).

What You’ll Do

Drive on-time deliveries by streamlining processes within the logistics operations throughout the APAC region
Preparing required shipping documentation and system transactions
Develop and maintain complex routing plans, including providing ad hoc adjustments that require independent judgement and discretion
Determine most cost effective and efficient means to transport goods to expected requirements
Consistently track and monitor productivity goals and communicate areas of opportunity to the stakeholders to contribute to overall improvement
Manage regional 3PL & Internal OB freight coordination and consolidations when possible
Drive productivity through continuous improvement activities in both business processes and system solutions
Coordinate with Fulfillment & 3rd Party Warehouse Management to ensure order availability & integrity is consistent as expected
