Job Summary

Job Description

The Making Operator will be responsible for weighing raw materials, controlling stock, operating mixers via software to produce bulk, and cleaning equipment. They will also ensure quality control of bulk, collaborate with the laboratory, adhere to FIFO principles, and perform tasks as instructed. Candidates should have secondary education, basic PC skills, at least 1 year of production experience, and demonstrate independence, teamwork, flexibility, quick learning, responsibility, and problem-solving.
Must have:
  • Weigh raw materials for smooth production
  • Control stock of production materials
  • Operate mixers and equipment via software to produce bulk
  • Wash mixers, equipment, and work tools
  • Request production materials from the warehouse
  • Control bulk quality
  • Cooperate with the laboratory for bulk property control
  • Adhere to FIFO (First in/First out)
  • Perform tasks as instructed by the supervisor

Job description, powers and responsibilities:

  • Weighing raw materials to ensure smooth production.
  • Controlling the stock of production materials.
  • Operating mixers and equipment via software for bulk production.
  • Washing mixers, equipment, and work tools.
  • Requesting delivery of production material from the warehouse to the fabrication department and weighing department for subsequent bulk preparation.
  • Controlling bulk quality.
  • Cooperating with the laboratory to control bulk properties.
  • Adhering to FIFO (First in/First out).
  • Performing tasks as instructed by the supervisor within the agreed type of work.

Work is in a 4-shift operation (8-hour shifts - 2x Morning, Afternoon, Night).

Salary: 1498€/month gross

1248 € basic + 200 € shift allowances according to the Collective Agreement + 50 € attendance bonus + annual bonus based on company goals + supplementary wage payment + other benefits.
