The Managed Services Manager will lead a team of consultants to drive product adoption, retention, and growth for enterprise clients. This role involves acting as a strategic advisor, ensuring clients maximize value from the Sprinklr platform, and fostering long-term relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing platform configuration, monitoring KPIs, and implementing process improvements to ensure operational excellence and client success.
Must have:
  • Lead and mentor Managed Services Consultants.
  • Drive product adoption, retention, and growth for enterprise clients.
  • Ensure clients achieve measurable value from Sprinklr’s platform.
  • Translate client needs into tailored Sprinklr solutions.
  • Oversee platform configuration, audits, and optimization.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure SLAs are met.
  • 10+ years in Managed Services, SaaS consulting, or digital transformation.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of advertising platforms, CCaaS, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Good to have:

Job Details

As a Managed Services Manager, you will lead a team of consultants to drive product adoption, retention, and growth across a portfolio of enterprise clients. You will act as a strategic advisor, ensuring clients derive maximum value from the Sprinklr platform while fostering long-term relationships and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Client Success & Retention

  • Ensure clients achieve measurable value from Sprinklr’s platform.
  • Drive adoption of new features and modules across business units.
  • Lead renewal and upsell strategies.

Team Leadership

  • Manage and mentor a team of Managed Services Consultants.
  • Foster a culture of learning, innovation, and customer obsession.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and development planning.

Strategic Consulting

  • Translate client needs into tailored Sprinklr solutions.
  • Provide guidance on digital transformation, advertising, CCaaS, and social engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Success) to deliver holistic solutions.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee platform configuration, audits, and optimization.
  • Monitor KPIs and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Managed Services, SaaS consulting, or digital transformation.
  • Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, HubSpot), CCaaS, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Sprinklr or similar CXM platforms is a plus.
