Job Description
As a member of the management planning department, you will be responsible for formulating strategies and handling M&A for the Colopl Group to ensure sustainable growth. This involves strategic planning, KPI and financial analysis to support management decisions, M&A-related tasks, and managing projects directly under the president. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact management decisions through proposals and planning. The primary focus is on how the group interacts with its subsidiaries, expertise in specific areas of the subsidiaries will not be needed.
Good To Have:
- Management experience
- Experience working for a listed company
- Experience in the entertainment or internet industry
- Practical experience in M&A
- Basic accounting and financial knowledge such as bookkeeping
- CPA qualification, Small and Medium Enterprise Consultant, and equivalent qualifications
Must Have:
- Experience in a management planning department of a business company
- Experience in consulting firms or similar companies

コロプラグループの戦略立案およびM＆A業務を行う経営企画担当として、グループの持続的な成長を実現するために、以下業務を推進して頂ける方を募集しています。
■業務内容
・戦略立案業務（調査・分析～提案）
・KPIや財務数値に基づく経営意思決定推進
・M＆A関連業務（方針策定～調査～ディール～PMI）
・社長直轄案件の対応

・事業会社の経営企画部門での実務経験
・コンサルティング会社などの企業での実務経験

・マネジメント経験
・上場会社での実務経験者
・エンターテインメント又はインターネット業界でのご経験
・M&Aの実務経験
・簿記等の基本的な会計、財務の知識
・CPA資格、中小企業診断士及びそれに準ずる資格
