Job Description
We are seeking a Legal Representative to join our team. You will be responsible for drafting and reviewing contracts, responding to legal consultations, drafting, establishing, training, and monitoring internal and external legal guidelines, handling shareholder meetings, and other general corporate legal affairs. The role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our vision of delivering new experiences through cutting-edge technology and creative ideas. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills. The candidate will be required to have experience in legal drafting and review along with an understanding of business principles.
Good To Have:
- Legal practical experience in the game/entertainment/content business field.
- Management experience in organizations and operations.
Must Have:
- Practical experience in legal affairs at a business company (3+ years).
- Knowledge of law (especially related to contract law in civil law).

・法律相談への対応
・法務的な社内外ガイドライン起案・制定・研修実施・モニタリング
・株主総会関連業務
・その他企業法務業務全般
※ご経験に応じてお任せします。

応募資格
【必須スキル・経験】
・事業会社での法務の実務経験（目安：3年以上）
・法律知識（特に民法の契約法関連）
【歓迎スキル・経験】
・ゲーム / エンターテインメント / コンテンツビジネス領域での法務実務経験
・組織や業務におけるマネジメント経験
【求める人物像】
・数字、結果、人に対して素直な方
・ビジネスを前に進める推進力および調整力を組織の中で発揮できる方
・道なき道を自分で整備し、周りを巻き込みながら仕組み化できる方
