Job Description

Flow is seeking a Business Development & Partnerships Manager in Riyadh to build and grow relationships with influential organizations, including giga projects, government entities, and real estate developers. This role involves representing Flow in high-profile meetings, crafting compelling presentations, structuring projects, and coordinating initiatives to ensure tangible growth in the region. The manager will also provide PMO support and identify new market opportunities.
Must have:
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with giga projects, government entities, developers, and large corporates.
  • Represent Flow externally in senior-level discussions, negotiations, and presentations.
  • Support the structuring of large partnership and development agreements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring projects move from concept to execution.
  • Provide PMO support on key initiatives, ensuring milestones are tracked and stakeholders remain aligned.
  • Prepare high-impact presentations and proposals for developers, investors, and government stakeholders.
  • Spot new opportunities in the market and bring them into Flow’s pipeline.
  • 3–6 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, or real estate development.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Organized, entrepreneurial, and able to balance strategy with execution.
  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Collaborative, with ability to take full ownership of projects.
Good to have:
  • Arabic proficiency
  • Saudi nationality
  • Exposure to giga projects or government-backed initiatives in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
  • Familiarity with developers, master planners, or large contractors.
  • Ability to navigate technical and commercial discussions.
  • Understanding of real estate investment structuring, such as joint ventures or operator-developer agreements.
  • Knowledge of the Saudi regulatory environment relevant to housing, development, and investment.
  • Financial acumen, with the ability to assess or interpret large-scale real estate project economics.
  • Proven experience managing multi-stakeholder negotiations involving government, developers, and investors.

About the Role

  • We’re looking for a Business Development & Partnerships Manager to help us forge and grow relationships with some of the region’s most influential organizations. This role is about building trust with giga projects & government entities, Real Estate developers, and other key stakeholders in Real Estate - while ensuring that opportunities contribute to real & tangible growth for Flow in the region. You’ll represent Flow in high-profile meetings, craft and deliver compelling presentations, and work closely with partners to structure projects that push boundaries. While your focus will be on partnerships, you’ll also play a critical role in coordinating initiatives, keeping stakeholders aligned, creating project plans, and ensuring ideas become reality.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with giga projects, government entities, developers, and large corporates.
  • Represent Flow externally in senior-level discussions, negotiations, and presentations.
  • Support the structuring of large partnership and development agreements.
  • Coordinate cross-functional workstreams, ensuring projects move from concept to execution.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–6 years’ experience in relevant areas such as business development, partnerships, consulting, or real estate development.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency and Saudi nationality are strong advantages.
  • Organized, entrepreneurial, and able to balance strategy with execution.
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to execute in detail.
  • Someone who thrives in high-stakes, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong relationship-building and presentation skills, with the confidence to represent Flow in senior forums.
  • A collaborative individual who can work across stakeholders, yet also take full ownership of their projects. A professional who embodies Flow’s values: precision, authenticity, performance, elevated simplicity, and progress.
