Must have:
  • Partner with the Advisory COO to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic initiatives and operational projects.
  • Manage day-to-day operations within the COO’s office, including communications and follow-up on key action items.
  • Support the development and tracking of KPIs and performance metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Analyse business data and metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Facilitate effective communication across internal teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of projects.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and executive summaries for internal leadership meetings.
  • Organize and prepare for leadership meetings, including agenda setting, documentation, and follow-up on action items.
  • Coordinate cross-functional collaboration efforts, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are optimized.
  • Identify areas for process improvement within the advisory practice and support implementation efforts.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with finance and practice leaders.
  • Represent the Advisory COO in meetings and forums as needed, ensuring clear communication of priorities and initiatives.
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management roles within a professional services environment.
  • Strong project and relationship management skills.
  • Solutions-oriented approach to role and assignments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description & Summary:

This role is for high-potential employees with unparalleled exposure and experience in strategic business operations and leadership. Over the course of this role, you will work closely with the Deputy Advisory Leader's Office gaining insights into decision-making processes, strategic planning, and operational execution.
