As the Manager of Strategic Planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term direction of our Customer Success organization. You will be responsible for independently driving the development of a strategic point-of-view on critical business topics, as well as guiding the design of strategic initiatives. Your ability to develop a strong perspective on “big bets” for our business via the synthesis of data-driven insights and internal & external research and your individual business judgement, as well as your ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, will be key to your success in this role. You will work in a dynamic and cross-functional environment, focusing on a strategic planning period of 2-5 years into the future.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $138,800 to $233,200.
