Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager Talent Acquisition to lead and drive the hiring function across the organization. This role will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies that support business growth, improve time-to-fill metrics, and enhance candidate experience. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and market trends, and must be capable of managing a high-performing recruitment team. Employees in this role will apply independent judgment and intellectual abilities in decision-making.
Must have:
  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning and business goals.
  • Partner with business leaders to forecast hiring needs across departments and regions.
  • Drive initiatives to reduce time-to-fill and improve quality of hire.
  • Lead execution of hiring drives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and diversity hiring programs.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding.
  • Ensure all requisitions are approved, posted, and tracked effectively via ATS.
  • Ensure adherence to recruiting SLAs and candidate experience best practices.
  • Act as the main point of contact for business leaders and hiring managers, ensuring alignment and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with HR Ops and Finance to ensure smooth onboarding and accurate budgeting.
  • Lead, train, and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators.
  • Monitor team KPIs include time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular team reviews and identify opportunities for upskilling and process improvement.
  • Generate and analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment dashboards for leadership.
  • Track hiring pipeline, source of hire, and attrition trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide insights into market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring.
  • Collaborate with Marketing/HR teams to enhance the employer brand across digital platforms.
  • Create strategies to elevate candidate experience during all touchpoints of the hiring process.
  • Develop and promote employee referral programs to improve internal sourcing.

Position Overview:

What you’ll do as the Manager Talent Acquisition:

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective hiring strategies aligned with workforce planning and business goals.

End-to-End Recruitment Management

What will you bring to the team:

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in human resource management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum around 8 years of relevant experience in recruitment/talent acquisition, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience working with ATS platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for a mix of roles.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment analytics and talent trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized, target-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment reporting tools.
