Job Summary

Job Description

Responsible for coordinating innovation and technology strategy development and execution. Will work on high-level technological system products, analyzing market trends and opportunities, and supervising data collection to guide R&D decisions. Will structure and develop complex analyses of metrics and indicators to optimize the innovation portfolio and ensure technological competitiveness.
Must have:
  • Minimum of over 6 years of experience in related activities
  • Proficiency in Power BI
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Proficiency in Power Point
  • Proficiency in SharePoint
  • Fluent English
  • Fluent Spanish
  • Higher education in Engineering, Economics, Administration or related fields
  • MBA or Master's Degree

  • Analyze market trends and opportunities for high-level technological products
  • Supervise data collection and analysis to guide R&D decisions
  • Structure and develop complex analyses of metrics and indicators
  • Optimize innovation portfolio and ensure technological competitiveness
Good to have:
  • PMP, AACE or similar certification
  • Six Sigma (White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt)
  • Lean Manufacturing
  • Previous experience in the oil or energy sector

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of over 6 years in activities related to the attributions;
  • Power BI;
  • Excel;
  • Power Point;
  • SharePoint;
  • Fluent English and Spanish.

EDUCATION

  • Higher education in Engineering, Economics, Administration or related fields.
  • MBA or Master's Degree
