Responsibilities include managing lead and contact creation workflows across CRMs (Salesforce, etc.) and lead generation platforms (Apollo, Hubspot, Zoominfo, etc.), optimizing lead creation and conversion processes, ensuring data compliance, supporting data governance policies, overseeing lead generation programs (automating where possible), and collaborating with marketing, sales, and customer success teams on data-driven initiatives and reporting. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in data management, marketing operations, or a related field, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
