As our Marketing Manager, you take end-to-end ownership of marketing strategy and operations. Based on our company strategy and goals, you set a marketing strategy and lead the execution.
This role requires someone who thrives in complex environments, demonstrates strong leadership skills, and balances creativity with data-savviness. You’ll be both a inspirational leader and a hands-on operator, working side-by-side with your team and collaborating across the company to make an impact.
What will you do?
1. Marketing Strategy: Definition & Execution
- You define & execute our marketing strategy in line with company objectives.
- Translate our value propositions into impactful campaigns that drive (international) business growth and thought leadership.
- You have a clear vision on how AI is transforming the marketing landscape and know how to adapt strategies to harness its potential.
2. Growth Marketing & Lead Generation
- Drive predictable growth by attracting and engaging more & better leads.
- Define & execute the ideal marketing mix & initiatives throughout our funnel, in close alignment with the Sales Team.
- Own and coordinate events & experiences that strengthen our market presence.
3. People & Teaming
- As an inspirational leader for our marketing team (You + 2 FTE) you’ll take them along while bringing your vision to life. You thrive in teamwork and inspire others to do their best work while fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- You ensure a smooth collaboration with other teams across our organisation: Sales to accelerate lead generation, Talent to attract top talent more efficiently in competitive markets through a strong employer brand, Practice Leads to translate our services into clear propositions & Management to ensure our thought leadership in the market & execute on our international Go-To-Market strategy
4. Brand
- Guard and evolve brand and identity in line with our strategic ambitions, both in existing & new markets.
- Build our positioning as a category defining partner both locally and internationally.
- Show a high level of creativity & entrepreneurship to put a differentiated brand in the market
5. Data & Insights
- Use data and research to understand our audience and markets, enabling smarter decisions and regularly take an outside-in point of view to evaluate our position in the market
- Ensure our marketing operations are fully data-driven: track ROI, measure campaign effectiveness, and translate insights into action.
- Build a marketing dashboard that provides transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. You value metrics as a great way to improve our effectiveness & to continuously iterate.
Who you are?
- 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in tech, digital agency, or consultancy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions with excellent communication and influence skills.
- Proven track record of strategic marketing leadership combined with hands-on execution.
- Strong experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and (digital) campaigning.
- Data-savvy: able to build strategies and actions based on metrics, analytics, and business impact.
- International experience is a strong plus.
